Primary duties

• Organize, season, and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables over charcoal according to recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Track and oversee grill temperature for regular cooking outcomes.
• Preserve proper portion regulate and food visual communication.
• Ensure the grilling station is clean, structured, and conforming with hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Oversee stock of grill ingredients and charcoal inventory.
• Work productively during peak service periods without compromising quality.
• Work alongside the kitchen team to guarantee prompt service.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an OND, Higher national diploma, or Bsc with 2-4 years of expertise.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Charcoal BBQ Grill Cook or similar position.
• Expertise in charcoal grilling, marination methods, and meat cuts.
• Capability to operate in a high-heat, dynamic environment.
• Robust collaboration and verbal abilities.
• Comprehension of food safety and hygiene rules.
