Position Overview

The Performance engineer plays a vital function in making sure the safe, dependable, and productive process of upstream petroleum sector facilities. The position concentrates on evaluating tools effectiveness, recognizing possibility defeats, and executing plans to improve asset honesty and reliability, accessibility, and lifecycle effectiveness. The Performance engineer will submit application reliability-centered servicing & maintenance principles, root cause setback evaluation, and predictive servicing & maintenance methods to enhance process effectiveness, reduce unscheduled non-operational time, and lead ongoing development in asset reliability.

Project & Turnaround Assist:

• Offer reliability input during project design, initiating, and begin-up to guarantee maintainability and long-term honesty and reliability.
• Engage in shutdowns/turnarounds to guarantee reliability initiatives are embedded in organizing and implementation.
• Assist engineering modifications and upgrades with reliability evaluation and strategic guidance.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or associated Engineering discipline.
• 7 - 10 years of expertise in upstream petroleum sector processes, ideally in reliability or servicing & maintenance engineering.
• Accreditation in Reliability Engineering (CRE), RCM, or Asset Honesty and reliability Management is a plus.
• Solid understanding of rotating tools, static tools, and subsea/generation facilities.
• Expertise in CMMS (SAP, Maximo) and reliability resources/software.

Key Competencies:

• Robust logical and analytical abilities with capability to analyze large sets of effectiveness data.
• Competence in reliability technical software (RCA, FMEA, Weibull evaluation).
• Outstanding expertise in asset honesty and reliability, corrosion management, and servicing & maintenance plans.
• Effective communication and public speaking for technical and management target groups.
