Position Overview

We are seeking a innovative and outcomes-driven Digital marketing specialist to head and implement promotion programs that boost expansion and corporate identity visibility across our B2B product lines — Air Compressors, Material Managing, Chemicals, and Shrink/Stretch Wrap. This position blends digital proficiency with traditional promotion implementation to strengthen our market presence, identify potential clients, and assist sales endeavors. The preferred candidate is creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic to assume responsibility of building a strong promotion operation with avenues for career advancement.

Primary duties

• Business promotion strategy & Implementation: Design and execute combined promotional initiatives across digital and offline channels to produce quality directs.
• Digital Promotion & Presence: Oversee and grow online visibility by updating websites, conceptualizing product-specific landing pages, and running active social platforms marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Content Formation: Generate influential B2B content which includes case studies, bulletins, blog posts, product capabilities, and sales collateral.
• Email Promotion & CRM: Build, segment, and run email promotions outreach while leveraging CRM resources for tracking and status updates.
• Events & Campaigns: Assist trade shows, webinars, and product activations with marketing assets and logistics.
• Data analysis & Status updates: Track marketing effectiveness, offer findings, and make analytics-based enhancements.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the business development team to offer promotion assist through demonstrations, resources, and tailored materials.

Credentials

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Promotion, Communications, Business, or relevant field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 3 – 6 years of promotion expertise, preferably with exposure to Air Compressors, Material Managing, Chemicals, or Wrapping initiatives.
• Exhibited track document of producing measurable promotion effect.
• Competence in Office productivity software resources

• Robust digital promotion implementation competencies with B2B expertise.
• Competence in website management, SEO, social platforms, and email promotion.
• Clear articulation and content development competencies.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic, asset-restricted environment.
• Robust corporate and partnership competencies.
• Comprehension of industrial B2B markets and client buying cycles in Nigeria.

Preferred:

• Expertise with CRM/promotion automatic control channels (HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce).
• Graphic design capability (e.g., Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop).
• Vendor and event leadership background.
• Robust logical mentality with the capability to documentation KPIs and promotion ROI.
