Duties

• Stock Management: Monitoring the receipt, storage, and issuance of ingredients inventory and tools.
• Inventory Regulate: Preserving precise stock levels, tracking usage, and optimizing inventory levels.
• Receiving and Evaluating Goods: Receiving supplies of inventory and ingredients, making sure that the quantity and quality of the goods match the order requirements. Examine goods for any compensation or discrepancies and documentation concerns to suppliers or management.
• Storage Company: Properly store ingredients and inventory to preserve their quality and prevent spoilage. Arrange storage zones for easy entry and productive process. Also organize all items in the store by labelling the sections for each goods.
• Document Keeping: Keep thorough and precise records of all inventory movements and returns. Modify stock management operational structures routinely.
• Ordering Inventory: Track inventory levels and organize buy orders for procurement
• Bill Processing: Evaluate, confirm, and process bills from suppliers also Resolve bills with buy orders and dispatch receipts to guarantee precision.
• Expense management: Track and regulate stock expenses by minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels
• Adherence and Safety: Make sure that storage procedures adhere with food safety and hygiene rules. Preserve a clean and structured storeroom to prevent pollution and accidents
• Information exchange: Liaise with the kitchen employees and management to comprehend stock and usage patterns
