Position Overview

Oversee and enhance stock levels to assist uninterrupted plant processes, ensure precision, and reduce expenses.

Primary duties

• Preserve perpetual stock in Enterprise platform planning; carry out on a weekly basis cycle counts and every month physical inventories.
• Execute FIFO/LIFO and batch‑tracking standardized processes for unedited materials and spare parts.
• Resolve discrepancies and organize with Procurement for replenishment.
• Produce stock KPI documentation (turnover, precision, obsolescence).
• Work alongside MRO Officer to enhance spare parts stocking plans.

Credentials & Expertise

Bsc in Stock Chain, Logistics, or relevant field. 4+ years’ stock leadership background in production operations.

Competencies & Skills:

Enterprise platform planning/WMS competence (SAP preferred). Robust quantitative and planning abilities.

Smart KPIs:

• Stock Precision: Preserve ≥99% stock document precision every month.
• Inventory Turnover: Accomplish turnover ratio ≥8 times per year.
• Cycle Count Finalization: 100% planned cycle counts finished on time each month.
• Obsolescence: Reduce obsolete inventory value by 15% within 12 months.
