Digital marketer / Digital producer at Inab Realty Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

The Digital marketer will oversee and implement the organization’s online promotion plans to identify potential clients, advance real estate listings, and improve corporate identity consciousness. This position requires practical competencies in content formation, digital marketing, and design of marketing assets for both web and print.

Duties

• Formulate and execute digital promotional initiatives across social platforms, email, Google, and other channels. 
• Design premium quality flyers, brochures, social platforms graphics, and other marketing assets to assist promotional initiatives. 
• Oversee and grow the organization’s social platforms presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). 
• Produce and oversee digital mail promotions and sales funnels. 
• Work alongside the sales and innovative teams to formulate real estate-attentive content. 
• Track marketing effectiveness using data analysis resources and documentation findings. 
• Modify website and landing pages with optimised content and graphics. 
• Stay informed on digital practices, resources, and rival plans.  

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Mass Information exchange, or relevant field. 
• At least 2 years of expertise in digital promotion, ideally in property or product-based promotion. 
• Competence in graphic design resources which includes Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW. 
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO. 
• Clear articulation competencies and innovative mindset abilities. 
• Visual content editing and animation design competencies are a plus 
• Expertise in the use of Social platforms admin systems like metricool will be an added advantage
