• Slice and assemble shawarma wraps, plates, and accompaniments.
• Ensure portion regulate and visual communication meet organisation guidelines.
• Keep the kitchen and desk clean and conforming with hygiene rules.
• Track ingredient levels and documentation shortages for executive review.
• Work productively during peak service hours while preserving quality.
