Worldwide Wage processing Admin at Canonical Nigeria in Lagos

About the Position

We’re seeking an exceptional wage processing admin with expertise of operating with contracted out wage processing bureaus (US, UK, EU and/or additional jurisdictions) to oversee the organization’s end to end worldwide wage processing and vendor payments. You’ll possess field knowledge in processing wage processing in different countries. You are dependable, hardworking and pay attention to description and always work towards optimizing ongoing methods. Site: This position may choose to be onsite out of London or home based, and will answer to our Worldwide Finance controller.

Duties This position entails:

• Verify that every payrolls are always fulfilled on time and with 100% precision
• Process the wage processing/vendor data in an structured and organized manner
• Oversee all wage processing due dates and every month wage processing duty
• Organize wage processing documentation and offer every month wage processing data in transaction entry document structure to finance for processing
• Adhere with GDPR rules and preserve wage processing guard/secrecy
• Transaction with wage processing queries and settle or report to higher support tier as necessary
• Constantly identify and pursue ways to enhance operational structures and methods to guarantee a smooth flow between Human resources, Wage processing and Finance
• Keep wage processing rules current and compose any new standardized processes as necessary
• Offer assistance to any project associated initiatives from Finance and Human resources
• Offer assistance to Finance with status updates and audit queries
• Help with future expansions of worldwide payrolls and other projects
• Oversee all wage processing correspondence and serve as a point of reach out for all escalated wage processing queries
• Preserve robust cross-operational team connections
