Position Overview

We are at present hiring to fill the role of Top level Officer, Finance & Accounting. This position will oversee the company’s routine finance processes, guarantee adherence with local and International Finance reporting Guidelines (IFRS) in addition to tax and compliance obligations in Nigeria and other African countries, and offer implementable financial findings to assist strategic strategic judgment. The position will supervise financial planning, predicting, financial evaluation, and status updates to assist the company’s multifaceted service project sample and processes across Africa.

Credentials

• Bsc in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be a Chartered Accounting officer with a member of a professional body which includes ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
• At least 5–6 years of progressive expertise in finance and accounting, with exposure to multi-country processes, ideally across different African regions.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, financial rules, and tax legal provisions relevant to Nigeria and African markets.
• Proven competence in budgeting, evaluation, predicting, and findings production.
• Expert level in Excel spreadsheet software and finance Management software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Enterprise platform planning operational structures).
• Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Exhibited capability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving business needs.
• High level of honesty and reliability, discretion, and competence.
