Duties
- Oversee workspace inventory and ensure a tidy workspace.
- Help with submitting, records entry, and record company.
- Manage stock and preserve proper recordkeeping for organisation's assets and work resources.
- Assist different departments with managerial duty.
- Execute other clerical obligations as allocated.
Qualifications
- At least an SSCE, OND, or equivalent certification.
- Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Basic expertise in Office productivity software (Word, Excel).
