• The Top level Relations Officer is in charge of coordinating the collection process, concentrating on high-value accounts and sophisticated cases.
• The position includes direct engagement with customers, evaluation of payment practices, and the development of plans to reduce default rates and recover outstanding payments on funded assets.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers to bargain payment strategies and settle disputes.
• Carry out consistent follow-ups on overdue accounts through calls and face-to-face sessions.
• Manage escalated cases and sophisticated customer concerns with competence and tact.

Team lead & Development:

Offer direction and assist to entry-level collections officers and ensure the team is well-prepared on collection methods and rules. Head team sessions to discuss hurdles, distribute findings, and formulate collective plans for advancement.

Connection Management:

Build and preserve solid connections with customers and external collection agencies Serve as a point of escalation for sophisticated or sensitive customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Bsc in any site.
• At least 4 years’ expertise in loan recovery or collections (Financial Solutions, Financial technology, Leasing & Asset Funding, Coverage, In-store & Buyer Credit).
• Interpersonal and Bargaining ability
• Expertise in financial and non-financial accord methods
• Outstanding spoken communication and professional writing competencies
• Capability to operate both independently and in a team
