Overview

The Top level Project officer will assist the execution of the Momentum Country and Worldwide Executive guidance (MCGL) Quality of Care (QoC) project being executed at the national and state level. This comprises particularly helping with the execution of the MCGL workplan concentrating on five states and offering in-field complete crisis obstetric and new born care (CEmONC), nutrition, referral and quality of care solutions. They will head all supply chain and purchasing parts of this project whilst supporting to the development of webinars and other learning events and prepare every quarter documentation to the donor. In addition, they will assist development of work strategies, coordinating with with FMOH, NPHCDA, SWAp Team and SMoH/SPHCDA employees, other associates and donors regarding execution, development of success stories, M&E of programs.

Duties

  • Head programme synchronization, particularly the business logistics, procurement, per quarter summary development, webinars and Learning events at the national and state level
  • Development, execution and supervising of work strategy and financial plans.
  • Organize technical support for programme execution of learning initiatives.
  • Help the specialists during planning phase execution, supervising and evaluation of initiatives.
  • Compose every quarter documentation, yearly work strategies, project supervising tracking matrices, target execution strategy and applicable documentation as necessary.
  • Collaborate with technical and programme employees to guarantee quality execution of programs and track entire project level expenditure.
  • Help during the formation of new programme approaches that are linked to associated solutions
  • Stand for Jhpiego at participants meeting at the National and State level as suitable.
  • Collaborate with MCGL QoC project advisors to execute development sessions, solutions and programs
  • Sustain relationships on representation of MCGL QoC project with FMOH, NPHCDA, WHO, UNICEF, CHAI, UNFPA, US government, the government SWAp team, the State governments, donors, and other associates.
  • Other obligations as necessary or as allocated.

Necessary Credentials

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent expertise in Community health, Sociology, or associated Health, Medical, or Community-related Science discipline.
  • Proven expertise operating with US Government RMNCH programs and robust understanding with US government and Jhpiego adherence and status updates qualifications.
  • 6+ years’ expertise in management, business and specialized skill with a preference in RMNCH and Quality of Care programme execution
