Logistics and Servicing & maintenance Officer at Bheerhugz Cafe in Ikeja, Lagos

Role description

The position will be in charge of facilitating logistics processes, optimizing stock chain effectiveness, and making sure prompt and cost-efficient dispatch of goods. He will be in charge of coordinating the entire facility, carrying out standard procedure inspections of premises and tools, liase and supervise service providers when specialist repairs are necessary.

Role summary

• Organize and supervise the comprehensive stock chain process, from procurement to dispatch.
• Organize transportation solutions for the dispatch of inventory and other stocks as necessary.(Capability to lead).
• Guarantee adherence with transportation rules
• Organize and preserve precise records of outputs, stock levels, and transportation initiatives.
• Organize with different departments to guarantee prompt and precise dispatch and stock of goods and solutions.
• Ensure proper labeling, wrapping, and managing of goods to prevent loss or loss.
• Make sure that respective anticipated time of arrivals are fulfilled.
• Formulate and execute safety rules and standardized processes that reduces office accidents
• Planned servicing & maintenance of organisation vehicle
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients to settle concerns and ensure smooth processes.
• Offer strategic guidance for cost-saving programs and business optimization.
• Supervise the servicing & maintenance, cleanliness, and capability of the entities’s facility
• Organize consistent inspections and preventive servicing & maintenance of tools, making sure adherence with workplace safety and wellness guidelines.
• Oversee service agreements and connections with vendors for facility servicing & maintenance which includes repairs, upgrades, and renovations, guard, cleaning, and other necessary solutions.
• Track the effectiveness of service providers and ensure they meet service agreements and timelines
• Utilize robust diagnosing issues competencies to recognize and handle electrical concerns promptly.
• Formulate and ensure adherence to safety procedures for both employees and customers to preserve a safe operating environment.
• Regulate expenditures connected with inventory, and utilities, making sure productive use of assets and cost-saving measures.
• Making sure the uninterrupted efficient reduction in the cost of repairs and servicing & maintenance of the organizationequipment, through the full adherence to manufacturers' precautionary standard procedures.
• Making sure that the process and standardized processes for call-outs, servicing & maintenance, and system setups, in addition to standard operating standardized processes, are firmly was aligned with
• Helping and updating servicing & maintenance operating standardized processes and making sure execution.
• Other obligations as allocated by Finance Manageror Corporate head.
