- Track training and learning initiatives to meet the needs of the students
- Strategy and supply efficient sequences of lessons
- Recognize and train abilities that will formulate students’ capability to operate independently and convey productively
- Recognize and train abilities that will formulate students’ community-related autonomy
- Head subject or recognized zone inside the School Advancement Strategy and ensure advancement is a minimum of good.
