Role summary

We are looking for driven and proficient Early Years Educators with demonstrated expertise in Montessori and EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) structured approaches to join our growing team.

Primary duties

• Strategy and supply compelling lessons and initiatives in sync with Montessori and EYFS guidelines.
• Produce a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment.
• Observe, evaluate, and document each child’s advancement while tailoring learning to individual needs.
• Motivate creativeness, autonomy, and issue resolution in young learners.
• Build robust, positive connections with children, parents, and teammates.
• Promote comprehensive development – academic, community-related, emotional, and spiritual growth.
• Support to school-wide early years events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certification / Bsc in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.
• Structured training and practical experience in Montessori and EYFS methods (at least 2 years).
• Robust classroom management and child relation competencies.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• A fostering, patient, and passionate personality.
