Job Description

The applicant should be committed to conceptualizing exciting and applicable learning experiences for children both indoors and outdoors using the offered scheme of work.
Organize to strategy and formulate programs that would cater for the teaching needs of children in early years learning.
Capability to integrate a range of training and learning plans.
Capable to preserve open dialog between parents and work teammates in building and preserving a helpful and supporting collaborative environment.
Keep abreast of teaching progress updates.
Keep precise and current on-going records and organize documentation.
The role is charged with the duty of preserving a thorough document of each child's advancement.

The preferred applicant should have at least a (B. Ed) or (Bachelor's degree). A certification in Montessori Education is a plus.
Should have at least 4 years in training early years.
Must be computer skilled
The applicant should also be dedicated to operating in close collaboration with parents.
Must have a minimum of 4 years EYFS Educational background experience.
Certified recorded accreditation/certification in British & Montessori Teaching syllabus.
Capability to operate outside consistent business hours which includes weekends, holidays or any other days as necessary and must have robust people skills.
Be passionate and committed to training and be capable to show genuine care for young children
