Objective of the Role

The Business Development unit at eHealth Africa (eHA) is devoted to pushing the company's growth and long-term long-term viability by strategically recognizing and securing financing avenues, nurturing meaningful strategic collaborations, and executing creative strategies that match with eHA’s purpose. Through initiative-driven relation and strategic positioning, the Business Development unit boosts eHA’s capacity to supply influential health and development initiatives, expanding its reach and enhancing its payments to the networks it serves. eHealth Africa is looking for highly proficient Subject-Matter Professionals (SMEs) across nine (9) key thematic zones to assist our proposal development and business development endeavors. Our goal is to strengthen the quality and attractiveness of our proposals, improve win rates for high-value offers, and ensure technical superiority across various domains.

Digital Health officer:

• Propose interoperable, launch-acquire digital health initiatives in sync with national HIS.
• Assist health worker toolkits, digital dashboards, and remote development modules.Head the design of online platforms for health worker development, data collection, and status updates using eHA’s in-house channels and mobile apps.
• Propose digital health interventions combined with national health information operational structures, building on eHA’s past deployments across 36 states.
• Formulate system architecture and user pathways for ability to scale, low-bandwidth health technology initiatives flexible to urban and remote settings.

Credentials and Expertise

• MSC or PHD in applicable field
• 5 –10 years of expertise in the subject site or associated area.
• Expertise operating in the INGO space
• Proposal and offer development expertise
• Industry-identified qualifications applicable to the expertise
• Publications, speaking collaborations, or payments to industry bodies.
