Role summary

We are looking for a highly skilled furniture designer with in-depth on-site and design synchronization expertise. Preferred applicants will possess robust technical drawing competencies, on-site oversight expertise, and can work autonomously while top entry-level UI/UX professionals.

Primary duties On-site Work:

Take exact on-site measurements for furniture layouts and generation Organize in-field visits across Nigeria

Furniture Design:

• Produce and digitalize furniture designs (wardrobes, kitchens, doors)
• Preserve and grow a digital furniture library
• Generate thorough technical drawings using AutoCAD or Palette CAD

Layouts & Generation:

Design floor strategies and elevations Produce precise cutting lists using Excel spreadsheet software

Team Partnership:

• Head entry-level UI/UX professionals
• Engage in idea design and convey design creative thoughts to customers and employees
• Strategize design direction with high attention to beauty therapy and capability

Resources Necessary:

Robust command of AutoCAD (Two- and three-dimensional), 3D Max, Palette CAD (if accessible)

Credentials

• At least 8 years of expertise in a similar furniture design position
• Must be capable to operate independently and responsibly
• Readiness to commute across Nigeria
• Proven team lead competencies
