Guard Support at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Kano

Objective

To offer efficient guard cover for organisation’s assets and employees inside the premises and other organisation sites to enable the BU to attain its targets.

Responsiblities

• To track all guard men posted to beat and to guarantee there are at warn.
• Oversee stop and search on vehicle coming in and out of the organization.
• Making of entry in station diary and other register.
• Carry out patrol inside the organisation’s premises and guard beats.
• Clearing all loaded/empty trucks to forestall theft.
• Adhere with Health, safety, and environment and FSSC regulations.
• Execute all other associated obligations as allocated.

Credentials / Expertise

5 O’ level Credits which includes English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings. At least two years of expertise in a similar position.

The Person Must:

• Possess good interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Be vigilant, observant, and meticulous to identify and address possibility threats or discrepancies.
• Be physically suit and capable to carry out consistent patrols and stand for extended periods.
• Be in-depth knowledge in authorization standardized processes, which includes vehicle and staff checks.
• Be capable to take action quickly and accordingly to guard incidents or crises.
