Relation Support at eHealth4everyone in Abuja (FCT)

Role summary

We are seeking an skilled Relation Support to assist the relation team in producing meaningful linkages with participants. He / She will work alongside the relation team to execute plans that lead positive engagement, improve corporate identity consciousness and grow general approval among our target audience.

Duties

• Help in conceptualizing and carrying out relation plans that match with our company’s targets.
• Support to the formation and curation of compelling content to keep participants informed and interested in our initiatives.
• Help in carrying out market analysis, rival evaluation, and audience segmentation to gain findings into relation practices and avenues for advancement.
• Collaborate with cross-operational teams, which includes business development and community health team on joint projects and goods that match with relation targets and assist entire business targets.
• Assist collect and evaluate response from participants through surveys, assessments, and other suppliers.
• Help in collecting and evaluating data connected with relation indicators, response, and client fulfillment to measure the performance of relation plans.

Qualifications

• A Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Brand communications, Business Management, or a relevant field is essential.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies are crucial for interacting with participants productively and producing captivating content.
• Meticulous and competent of coordinating various duty, due dates, and key focuses to assist relation programs productively.
• Basic critical thinking to analyze data, track relation indicators, and draw findings for informed strategic judgment.
• Cooperative and capable to operate productively within a collaborative environment, assisting teammates and supporting to divided targets.
• A innovative mind to recognize creative strategies and approaches to improve relation and engagements with participants.
