Job Description

Dismantle, examine, fix, and overhaul forklift engines and their parts, which includes but not limited to injection operational structures, pistons, cylinders, crankshafts, camshafts, valves, turbochargers, and cooling operational structures.
Submit application engineering principles to recognize root causes of mechanical defeats and execute efficient and lasting initiatives.
Execute complete diagnostics on forklift engines (diesel, gasoline, LPG, and electric) and associated mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical operational structures.
Diagnose issues and fix hydraulic operational structures, which includes pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
Diagnose and fix electrical operational structures, which includes wiring, batteries, starters, alternators, and regulate operational structures.
Carry out preventative servicing & maintenance duty, which includes oil modifications, filter replacements, fluid checks, and system modifications, according to manufacturer requirements and organisation standardized processes.
Precisely record all servicing & maintenance and fix initiatives, which includes parts used, work hours, and findings.

Bsc in Mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a associated engineering discipline.
At least 7 years of practical automotive technician specializing in forklift engine fix and overhaul.
Demonstrable specialist-level competence in diagnosing and repairing a variety of forklift engine types and manufacturers.
Exceptional capability to dismantle, fix, and reassemble sophisticated mechanical operational structures with precision and precision, with a deep knowledge of hydraulic and electrical operational structures applicable to forklifts and other machines which includes furnaces.
