The Furniture Sales officer Associate is in charge of interacting with clients to comprehend their home furnishing needs, demonstrating furniture initiatives, and closing sales. This position includes high-grade item expertise, client support competencies, and the capability to meet revenue goals while preserving showroom guidelines.

Duties

• Help clients in the showroom, recognizing their furniture and interior décor needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team revenue goals and targets
• Clarify capabilities, materials, pricing, and customization options of furniture pieces.
• Endorse appropriate goods based on client lifestyle, space, and financial plan.
• Offer precise product information, which includes dimensions, materials, head times, and care directions.
• Organize and process sales orders, and bills precisely using the CRM software.
• Check in with clients post-sale for response, dispatch synchronization, and repeat business.
• Work alongside the dispatch/logistics team to timetable client supplies.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management or a applicable field.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven sales or client support expertise in in-store or furniture sales.
• Clear expression, bargain, and people skills.
