Online Sales executive at So Fresh in Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos

Position Overview

The Online Sales executive will carry out So Fresh’s in-store initiatives exclusively online. This includes serving clients by offering product and service information, settle clients’ matters, service issues and collect input and ensure sales are closed at the stipulated time.

Role summary

• In charge of the smooth running of the online in-store store of So Fresh.
• Coordinate with clients to check in on solution of service issues or explanation of orders made.
• Record client service issues, solution, and root causes if possible.
• Stay abreast of all So Fresh posts on all social platforms channels per time.
• Promptly address clients’ comments, direct messages, questions, email, and service issues in an suitable manner.
• Track all online orders through social platforms operational base, email and website.
• Properly process all online orders through social platforms operational base and website and send to corresponding staff.
• Oversee the front end of the So Fresh website to oversee sales.
• Intermittently check all So Fresh social platforms manages in order to address clients promptly.
• Utilize the online sales channel to improve the organization’s sales schedule.
• Execute data evaluation of primary indicators and associated revenue goals through the website, social platforms, email etc.
• Draft report on the performance of promotion communications through all platforms.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's degree, Higher national diploma certification in a applicable field
• 1 - 3 years of expertise in helpdesk/client support in the food industry
• Demonstrated expertise as an Online Sales executive or similar position
• Expertise with B2C sales on social platforms and website
• Practical understanding of client support principles & procedures
• Readiness to operate on a change basis and weekends.
• Have outstanding telephone protocol.
• Capability to always remain specialist and courteous with clients.
• Computer literacy is highly necessary.
• Practical expertise in data analysis resources and the capability to set up tracking/status updates mechanisms to capture key operational indicators.
