Job Description

As there are no distinct borders between the zones, you will need to be adaptable and master more than one zone.
The technical development is rapid, and you are in charge of constantly keeping your skilled and competencies current.
Operating as a technical support engineer will require a wide expertise of telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network expertise.
You will work, work alongside, and convey in an international environment, both with teammates internally in addition to with clients and suppliers to Ericsson.
The position more than often requires you to take on big duty and it is significant that you can work with little to no supervision.

Manage client concerns as devoted assist, 24x7 based on roster
Head and settle system problems and carry out Root Cause Evaluation
Expertise Management
Manage Tool upgrade Management (SUM), Load IPA/EPA/EP bundles on Ericsson Core nodes
Lead CSR evaluate sessions with SDM
Execute preventive servicing & maintenance.

Education: Bsc in Engineering
Min years of expertise: 5+ Years of expertise
Domain expertise: CS Core domain asset with practical experience of CS Core domains: CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, Master's degree-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, Mobile Call flows and Procedures comprehension.
MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter and LDAP procedures managing
Diagnosing issues of IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC and CS Fallback standardized process.
MOP project setup with effect evaluation and implementation.
Comprehension of Cloud/Virtualization notions and VNF/CNF Management
Team Partnership.
Supplying outcomes & meeting client demands
Visual communication & verbal abilities.
