Job Description

Position Overview

  • We are looking for a Bread Dispatch agent to supervise and organize the prompt allocation of bread goods from the bakery to vendors, branches, and customers.
  • The position make sure that all supplies are planned productively, goods are managed with care, and bread arrives fresh and on time.
  • The Bread Dispatch agent will oversee dispatch plans according to bills, track stock, preserve precise allocation records, and ensure accurate product differentiation between standard bread and rough bread.
  • This role is key to preserving smooth stock chain processes, upholding quality benchmarks, and delivering client fulfillment.

Primary duties

  • Strategy and timetable routine bread supplies to vendors and branches.
  • Organize with drivers and loaders to guarantee bread is loaded promptly and precisely according to elevated bills.
  • Track bread stock levels and coordinate with the wrapping and generation teams to meet dispatch needs.
  • Preserve precise dispatch and allocation records, making sure all vendor document notes are current.
  • Settle stock concerns, dispatch setbacks, or bill discrepancies promptly.
  • Guarantee adherence with food safety guidelines and transportation rules.
  • Convey dispatch times to vendors according to their bill numbers.
  • Work alongside loaders to guarantee accurate managing and unloading standardized processes.
  • Ensure proper recognition and segregation of standard bread from rough bread before dispatch.

Qualifications & Credentials

  • Education: At least a secondary school certificate or equivalent; additional development in logistics or stock chain management is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in dispatching, logistics synchronization, or associated positions (ideally in the bakery or food industry).
  • Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
  • Clear articulation and people skills.
  • Capability to operate under pressure and solve challenges productively.
  • Expertise in food safety and transportation adherence qualifications.
  • High meticulousness and precision in document-keeping.
  • Capability to operate any time, which includes early mornings or weekends, as needed.
  • Numeracy Competencies: Capability to deliver basic calculations for quantity tracking and bill settlement.
