Position Targets

• To promptly recognize, measure, track, oversee, reduce and documentation risks that may effect on the accomplishment of our core business targets in line with the enterprise risk tolerance and corporate plan.
• Carry out unit-specific and organisation-wide risk regulate self-evaluation, risk mapping, business continuity organizing and workflow optimization.
• Carry out goal, thorough and prompt investigative on fraud-associated cases reported by schemes, banks, within and outside the organization e-payment participants.
• Make sure that the organization and business units meet all internal adherence qualifications and external compliance-related obligations.
• Offer QA on the performance of risk migration plans deployed and carry out internal regulate initiatives.
• Make sure that proper risk mitigation strategy rules, methods and standardized processes are designed and executed.
• Merchant risk evaluation and KYC recordkeeping for current and prospective agents / merchants.

Obligations & Duties 

• Risk advisement across multiple departments as per new product execution, investigates adjustment requests and system unification with UP to reduce risk business, reputational, strategic and compliance-related risk.
• Collaborate with other depts. inside the company to explore and settle reported fraudulent incidents.
• Report to higher support tier concerns with possibility for negative industry and/or corporate exposure.
• Special investigative and evaluate for suspicious scheme financial record.
• Management of fraud supervising initiatives and evaluate of warn rule set on the application.
• Coordinate Risk and Regulate Self-Evaluation (RCSAs) Workshop for business units while operating closely with them to recognize and track applicable Key Risk indicators.
• Help business units in conceptualizing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for all key risks in the business formation, supervising and status updates of KRIs which includes thresholds in the risk dashboards.
• Investigative, client engagement on business-risk associated concerns, evaluation and solution of suspicious financial record cutting across various channels and schemes which includes TWO, PayArena, PayAttitude, Mastercard, Visa, etc.
• Co-ordination of team members, collection and entry of business risk documentation to Strategic leadership.
• To productively oversee and modify the risk register to guarantee proper client engagement on recognized hurdles towards definitive problem solving.
• Synchronization of team members for Internal Regulate initiatives, process risk evaluation, Fraud investigative and merchant orientation risk assessments.
• Evaluate of CBN website for recent rules or information which can affect UP and other subsidiaries while offering overview documentation to strategic leadership.
• Investigative and prompt response to Client support Requests for Unified Payment and other subsidiaries.
• Merchant orientation, Risk Evaluation and evaluate of KYC recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with Financial Institutions and Promotion teams to evaluate merchant KYC recordkeeping and relevant permits for smooth business consolidation to reduce risk risk.
• Composing of memo on Risk-associated concerns with profile description, findings and appropriate strategic guidance for workflow optimization.
• Primary stakeholder for cross-operational effect evaluation in adjustment management process, QA and internal regulate.

Role expectations

Education: Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Community-related Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, Information Tech or associated fields. Master of business administration/Master's degree will fulfill the role of a desirable asset for the position.
