Chief, Process risk at Unified Payment Services Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Goal(s)

To head and supervise the recognition, evaluation, management, and risk reduction of business risks across the company. The position is in charge of conceptualizing and preserving the process risk management structure, making sure that business risks are productively handled to ensure protection of the company’s assets, reputation, and processes.

Obligations & Duties

• Formulate and execute the process risk management structure and plan, making sure that business risks are productively recognized, evaluated, and handled.
• Head the recognition and evaluation of business risks across all business units and methods.
• Supervise the development and implementation of process risk evaluations, making sure complete recognition of possibility risks across the company.
• Constantly track key business risks, key risk indicators (KRIs), and risk practices, recognizing emerging risks and zones of issue.

Qualifications

Education: Academic qualification in Community-related Science courses, Risk mitigation strategy, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or relevant field.

Specialist Qualifications:

• Accredited Risk Manager (CRM) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is desirable.
• Process risk Management or associated qualifications would be a plus.
• ISO 31000 Risk mitigation strategy accreditation is also a plus.
• Others: Robust expertise in Fraud Inquiries.
