Position Overview

As school typing specialist you will play a vital position in assisting the managerial processes of the school.

Main duties

Typing and Formatting Documents: Precisely type and document structure various documents, which includes documentation, Exam and uninterrupted evaluation questions, correspondence, and session notes, using document editing software like Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Records entry: Enter data into digital operational structures, preserving precision and meticulousness. Record Management: Arrange and preserve physical and digital submitting operational structures, making sure easy retrieval of documents.

Additional Duties:

• Proofreading and Editing: Evaluate and refine documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Secrecy: Protect privacy of sensitive information and follow information security standard procedures.
• Workspace Management: Help with general managerial duty, which includes scanning, printing, and photocopying documents.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an OND Certification with 2 - 3 years work expertise. 
• Computer development or accreditation will be an added advantage.
• Typing Speed: At least typing speed of 60 words per minute (WPM).
• Software Competence: Outstanding expertise in document editing resources, spreadsheets, and visual communication software.
• Meticulousness: Robust meticulousness and capability to spot grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Verbal abilities: Effective communication and people skills.
• Must reside within Ayobo and its environs.
