Sefa Minimart Offering Store is looking for a devoted and passionate Retail assistant to join our team. Primary duties

• Sales and Financial record: Operate the cash register, process payments precisely, and manage returns or exchanges in accordance with store rules.
• Stock Management: Help with restocking shelves, arranging displays, and supervising stock levels to guarantee goods are promptly accessible for clients.
• Store Servicing & maintenance: Preserve a clean, structured, and welcoming store environment by executing duty which includes sweeping, dusting, and organizing merchandise.
• Service understanding: Formulate and preserve expertise in the store’s product offerings, which includes groceries, household goods, and personal care items, to productively help clients.
• Adherence with Rules: Follow all organisation rules, which includes those connected with timeliness, safety, and client engagements, to uphold the store’s guidelines and reputation.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary school certificate or equivalent preferred, but not required.
