• Recognize CPI Development needs and coordinate CPI development.
• Build workflow optimization capabilities through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma development.
• Participation in advancement Projects - offer content letter of recommendation and proficiency (e.g., with defining project targets and business cases, expenses, and perks evaluation) and advises project teams which implement the CPI projects on methods (training, mentoring). 
• Supports that guidelines and lean six sigma principles are reachable and easy to use.
• Assist the execution of standard documentation to HEINEKEN participants on advancement and outcomes of advancement programs through consistent compliance and floor graphics management.
• Work alongside internal participants, as suitable, to supply jointly advantageous comprehensive process enhancements. 
• Serve as a Adjustment Leader by compelling, coordinating, and exchanging CPI success stories within own scope through clear communication.
• Track and keep current possessing applicable Lean Six Sigma progress updates, and exchange expertise with teammates.
