Position Overview

The Property Sales officer is in charge of creating directs, developing rapport with customers, and closing real estate sales to attain organisation targets. This position includes lead generation, demonstrating properties, discussing terms agreements, and offering outstanding client support to guarantee customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Bargain & Closing:

• Organize and show sales proposals and agreements.
• Bargain sales terms and terms to close lucrative agreements.
• Organize with lawful and finance teams to guarantee smooth financial record.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, Property management, or a relevant field (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in property sales or a similar sales position.
• Robust bargain, persuasion, and verbal abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
• Competence in Ms office tools and CRM software.
• Capability to operate independently and meet revenue goals.
• Expertise in local property legal provisions, industry trends, and real estate appraisal.
