MCC Faults Regulate Engineer at Air Peace Limited in Lagos

Role summary

To keep a constant regulate and check in of aircraft started and recurrent faults and produce the necessary servicing & maintenance actions request to preserve it to a at least level and ensure a high Technical Dispatch Reliability of APL fleet.

Duties

• Track and regulate APL fleet launch and repetitive faults executing a depth evaluation of all accessible data on Servicing & maintenance Software, Technology log Pages and verbal information from flight and servicing & maintenance crews and produce work orders with proper trouble Shooting strategic guidance avoiding repetition of servicing & maintenance actions and unnecessary parts removal.
• Help MCC Responsibility Engineer and Line Servicing & maintenance Team to evaluate significant
• AOG events and sophisticated faults and offer technical strategic guidance that allows a safe and efficient recovery of the aircraft.
• Constantly track Aircraft Health Supervising software Forward-PRO for Embraer E195-E2 Fleet and AHM for Boeing B777 Fleet and advise Line servicing & maintenance teams for the necessary servicing & maintenance actions on the critical faults that can possess a direct effect on the technical serviceability of the respective fleet.
• Regulate and evaluation of ongoing and archival CMC/FHDB faults to produce MCC Work Orders for it's T/S and correction, avoiding these faults becomes critical and can affect aircraft serviceability
• Closely track APL fleet Technical setbacks and servicing & maintenance events to produce action strategies that prevents its repetition and thus grow technical dispatch reliability.
• Conduct review of MEL critical Items (CAT A, B and C) specially those with business constraints and offer T/S strategic guidance to line servicing & maintenance team.
• Offer to APL Engineering support solutions department all accessible T/S information which includes carried out servicing & maintenance actions to request additional strategic guidance from OEMs when starting trouble shooting steps possess been exhausted.
• Produce and send a On a weekly basis Repetitive Faults Answer to APL Engineering and
• Servicing & maintenance Management, Line Servicing & maintenance Team and CAMO Department.
• Assist MCC Active Engineer when necessary due to rotations, development and others tasks.
• Adhere with APL Safety, Health and Regulatory framework and Standard Standardized processes.
• Help Quality department during investigative of servicing & maintenance associated concerns.
• Offer on-the-position development to other MCC team members with less expertise that allows them comprehend the principles and standardized processes of MCC Department.
• Execute other duty that may be reasonably allocated by her/his manager.
