Quality assurance:

• Carry out consistent inspections of incoming materials to confirm adherence with quality benchmarks. Evaluate and record the requirement of materials upon receipt and throughout storage.
• Supplier Synchronization: Work alongside suppliers to handle quality concerns and guarantee promptness solution of discrepancies.
• Status updates: Produce documentation on stock levels and material quality, offering findings to enhance stock methods and preserve high guidelines.
• Adherence: Verify that every materials adhere with industry rules and organisation rules connected with quality and safety.
• Team Partnership: Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to enhance stock flow and handle quality-associated matters.

Storage Company:

Arrange and oversee the storage zone to enhance space and coordinate easy entry to materials. Execute and preserve labelling and storage operational structures to improve process effectiveness.

Order Synchronization:

Work alongside Quantity Surveyors, PMs, and On-site Supervisors to projection material needs and reorder inventory as necessary. Organize and process buy orders for necessary materials.

Recordkeeping:

Preserve precise recordkeeping for all stock financial record, which includes receipts, dispatches, and returns. Promptly documentation discrepancies and concerns for executive review.

Safety and Adherence:

Guarantee adherence with safety guidelines in the storage zone and on the building on-site. Follow industry standards for managing and storing materials to prevent loss and accidents.

Credentials

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in a relevant field.
• Previous expertise as a store officer, ideally in the building industry, is a plus.
• Robust planning abilities and meticulousness.
• Competence in Office productivity software and stock management software.
• Capability to operate independently and jointly in a collaborative environment.
