Job Description
Duties
- Preserve aquatic facility and make it a conducive space for both species and humans.
- Carryout quality assurance and servicing & maintenance work at customer’s on-site.
- Ensures cleanliness of aquatic tanks and tools.
- Persuade new customers and retain old ones through building good business connection.
- Verify that every aquariums in the showroom are in good shape, with planned consistent water adjustment and tools servicing & maintenance.
- Feed fish routinely, observe and treat sick ones.
- Take initiative-driven measures on fish’s welfares.
- Ensure adequate quantity of bowl and tank bundles are packed and prepared for incoming orders.
- Ensure to carry out customer servicing & maintenance visit and preserve their aquarium properly taking precautionary measures to attain standard result.
- Must possess knack for learning and analysis and actively engage with customers on concerns regarding fisheries and their servicing & maintenance.
- Relay clients response, grievance and request
Qualifications
- OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification
- 1-3 years
- Male only
- Effective communication and people skills
- Integrity and trust
- Smart and professional in appearance
- Attention to description
- Good schedule control ability
- Troubleshooter.
