Role summary
In project setup for the 2025 Lagos International Trade Fair, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is looking for to participate skilled Technical Assistants to assist the Technical Unit of its Trade Advancement Department.
Primary duties
- Help in getting ready floor strategies and on-site layouts for the Lagos International Trade Fair.
- Offer managerial assist, which includes minute-taking and documentation drafting.
- Assist the Building and Processes Panels with secretarial obligations.
- Engage in on-site processes which includes space distribution and boundary.
- Oversee electrical, civil, and associated technical works during the Fair.
- Carry out measurements, formulate project summaries, scopes, and technical requirements.
- Execute price surveys and organize budget forecasts.
Credentials & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree, B.Technology, or Higher national diploma in Architecture, Building, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or Estate Management.
- At least 8 years post-service experience industry experience.
- Robust spoken communication and professional writing competencies.
- Competence in AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCAD and Ms office tools (compulsory).
- Highly structured with robust quantitative and critical thinking.
- Meticulous, thorough, and capable to operate under pressure.
- Expertise in facilities management is a plus.
