Workshop Assistants at Malaria Consortium (2 Openings) in Nigeria

Objective of the Task

The objective of this ToR is to participate Workshop Assistants to offer assistance for the Adamawa and Gombe States Cascade Development sessions of AZM MDA allocation staff: LGA teams, health facility workers, Group drug distributors (CDDs) and Town Announcers (TAs)

Outputs:

• To keep a document of all participants who participate the development sessions using E-presence or hardcopy presence.
• Send an Excel spreadsheet containing precise necessary information of participants.
• E-copy of development pictures with approval secured.
• At the end of the task, offer a visual stories documentation of duty achieved, hurdles encountered and strategic guidance for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Must possess medium to expert level in computer.
• Competence in application of Ms office tools (Word & Excel).
• Expertise in application of online platforms like ODK, Kobo Collect etc.
• Expertise in offering managerial assist for workshops or development sessions.
• Capability to take meeting notes.
• Must be resident of Gombe or Adamawa as the case may be.
