Role summary

We are looking for an structured and productive Store and Store officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful applicant will be in charge of coordinating and optimizing our stock methods, making sure precise inventory levels, and preserving a well-structured storage facility.

Duties

• Supervise routine stock processes, which includes receiving, storing, and circulating goods
• Carry out consistent inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
• Preserve precise stock records using expert software and Excel spreadsheet software
• Evaluate stock data to recognize practices, projection requirement, and prevent stockouts
• Work alongside buying and logistics teams to enhance inventory levels and reduce expenses
• Execute and preserve stock regulate standardized processes to reduce losses and ensure precision
• Organize and send consistent stock documentation for executive review
• Guarantee adherence with safety rules and preserve a clean, structured warehouse
• Organize with suppliers and vendors for productive stock management

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Stock Chain Management, or relevant field
• 2-3 years of expertise in stock management or a similar position
• Competence in stock management software and Ms office tools, especially Excel
• Robust logical and analytical abilities with meticulousness
• Outstanding corporate and schedule control abilities
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes and stock chain methods
• Expertise with various stock regulate methods and industry standards
• Capability to operate independently and jointly in a dynamic environment
• Clear expression competencies, both verbal and documented
