Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and polished Specialist Male Waiters to join our service team. The preferred applicants will possess exceptional client support competencies, a deep knowledge of fine dining service guidelines, and the capability to operate productively in a dynamic premium experience dining venue environment.

Primary duties

• Offer alert, personalized service to guests from arrival to exit.
• Show menus, take precise orders, and make strategic guidance when necessary.
• Serve F&B with precision, preserving fine table manners.
• Preserve cleanliness and company of the dining zone.
• Ensure tables are set according to Boto’s high visual communication guidelines.
• Expect visitor needs and handle them promptly and competently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee smooth service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ expertise as a male server in a fine dining or high-end dining venue.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Specialist grooming and well-spoken demeanor.
• Expertise in fine dining service methods and wine service is a plus.
