Overview

We are looking for a Top level Human resources Officer to join our team and lead personnel plans that match with our business targets.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee the Human resources operation, making sure alignment with organisation targets.
• Build and preserve solid connections with compliance-related bodies to guarantee adherence with work legal provisions and industry rules.
• Supervise wage processing management, making sure precision, timeliness, and adherence with statutory qualifications.
• Collaborate with participants to formulate and execute efficient Human resources rules, standardized processes, and programs.
• Lead human resource management, employee relation, and employee development plans.
• Assist results tracking methods and offer direction to line managers.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have a Bachelor`s Academic qualification
• At least 3 - 5 years’ Human resources expertise in the Agriculture, Farming, Poultry, or FMCG sectors.
• Effective guidance competencies with verified ability to oversee and motivate teams.
• Exhibited capability to oversee and coordinate productively with compliance-related bodies.
• Outstanding wage processing management and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Proximity to Ashipa Village, Abeokuta, Ogun State is a plus.
• Specialist Human resources qualifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD) are a desirable asset.
