Courier Support at DreamWorks Global Logistics Limited in Port Harcourt, Rivers

Position Overview

This position includes getting ready shipments, helping with loading/unloading, checking dispatch description, and making sure client fulfillment through prompt and specialist service.

Primary duties

• Help the courier/driver in loading and unloading bundles from vehicles.
• Accompany the driver on dispatch and pick-up rounds to offer additional managing support.
• Ensure parcels are properly packed, labeled, and managed to prevent loss.
• Confirm dispatch deals with and client description before dispatch.
• Preserve precise records of supplies, returns, and exceptions.
• Help in executing dispatch paperwork and updating tracking operational structures.
• Report to higher support tier client service issues or special requests to the suitable department.
• Help in checking dispatch tools (trolleys, straps, etc.) for proper requirement.

Competencies & Qualifications

• At least OND or equivalent.
• Prior expertise in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse work is a plus.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Robust meticulousness and precision.
• Understanding with basic document-keeping and dispatch standardized processes.
