Duties

• The Store officer is in charge of receiving, storing, issuing, and safeguarding materials, tools, and goods in the store.
• The position ensures precise stock records, prompt inventory replenishment, and adherence with safety and quality benchmarks.
• Accept, examine, and document incoming goods and materials.
• Store items in an orderly and reachable manner.
• Track inventory levels and start reorder methods as required.
• Carry out consistent physical inventory counts and resolve with stock records.
• Organize and problem materials based on authorized requisitions.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping for all goods issued and returned.
• Track usage to assist prevent wastage and inventory loss.
• Preserve precise and current stock records in the store management system.
• Produce routine, on a weekly basis, and every month inventory documentation for management evaluate.
• Check items for compensation or discrepancies and documentation any concerns promptly.
• Preserve cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the store zone.
• Adhere with organisation health, safety, and ecological guidelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, generation, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Help in audits and inventory confirmation exercises.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a at least an OND, Higher national diploma or Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 1 - 3 years work expertise.
