Motion / Video Designer with Ai-Driven Creativeness at Renmoney in Lagos

The role

We’re seeking a modern, AI-first Motion/Video Designer to craft captivating creative assets that engages our clients, describes our goods, and leads effectiveness. This is not a traditional design position - we want someone who’s intensely knowledgeable about creative AI resources, comprehends what executes in digital channels, and can supply premium quality videos efficient. You’ll own video generation across ads, explainers, product demos, orientation journeys, and internal marketing. You’ll collaborate with promotion, product, content, and corporate identity teams to tell stories that resonate - while scaling innovative result through AI-powered processes

What you’ll do

• Develop and motion-render short- and long-form video content across paid, owned, and internal channels
• Use GenAI resources (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.) for ideation, scripting, editing, voiceover, and localization
• Formulate design frameworks and ability to scale video operational structures for rapid content generation
• Work alongside corporate identity, product promotion, and growth teams to align innovative with marketing targets
• Generate explainers and graphics assets that simplify sophisticated financial notions and lead customer insight
• Constantly test and enhance video effectiveness across relation, CTR, transformation, and retention indicators
• Stay forward of innovative and operational base practices across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in animation design and video content formation
• Proven project sample of product explainers, community-related video, ad creatives, and short-form content
• Exhibited use of AI resources in real-world innovative processes (send examples with results)
• Competence in Adobe After Outcomes, Premiere Pro, Concluding Cut, or equivalent
• In-depth curiosity and practical experience with AI channels like Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Pika, Sora, etc.
• Robust narrative creation instincts, comprehension of animated visuals timing, and sound design
• Expertise operating cross-operationally with corporate identity, content, and effectiveness teams
