Job Description

This is a full-time in-field position in Lekki for a Named Account support manager at BNG Technical solutions.
The Named Account support manager will be in charge of coordinating key customer accounts, building solid connections, comprehension customer needs, and making sure the on-time completion of IT solutions to meet customer requirements.
The Named Account support manager will concentration on allocated accounts within targeted sectors which includes Public Sector, Microfinance Banks, SMBs, Production operations, and Hospitality.
The position is attentive on customer purchase, initiative closing sales, and building relationship at mid-tier levels.

Own a list of named accounts within your vertical
Produce and certify directs through outgoing activity and client recommendations
Supply proposals and address RFQs/RFPs
Work alongside technical pre-sales to build tailored proposals
Assist post-sale relation and ensure customer retention
Log routine activity and transaction advancement into CRM
Meet every month and every quarter income and activity targets.

Bsc in Business, Information Tech, or applicable field
Applicable qualifications, which includes PMP, ITIL, or associated qualifications, are a plus
Expertise in coordinating key accounts and pushing income increase
Account Management, Sales, and Client engagement Leadership abilities
Expertise in IT solutions and tech initiatives
Clear articulation and bargaining ability
Capability to comprehend customer needs and offer tailored initiatives.
