Position Overview
In charge of carrying out electric-line (E-line) well data recording processes, making sure precise data purchase, safe service dispatch, and proper servicing & maintenance of downhole resources and surface operational structures.
Primary duties
- Organize, assemble, test, and calibrate E-line data recording resources (e.g., CBL/VDL, PLT, GR, neutron, resistivity resources) before site deploying.
- Operate and track surface winch units, depth measurement operational structures, telemetry, and purchase software to obtain premium quality well data.
- Relate data records to letter of recommendation depth markers and confirm information accuracy before dispatch to customers.
- Diagnose issues and settle mechanical/electronic concerns in the site, with minimal non-operational time.
- Verify that every tools is managed, transported, and operated in adherence with organisation and customer Health, safety, and environment guidelines.
- Finalize position documentation, instrument run records, and servicing & maintenance data records promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Higher national diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or Petroleum engineer.
- 2–3 years’ E-line data recording expertise in oilfield processes.
- Competence in downhole instrument process, data purchase software, and telemetry operational structures.
- Valid BOSIET/HUET and H2S accreditation (for remote marine operations positions).
- Capability to operate rotational changes in remote onshore/remote marine operations sites.
