Role Overview

We are looking for an skilled Frontend & backend PHP engineer with proven competence in launch-acquire CRM channels (Vtiger) and promotion automatic control operational structures (Mautic) to join our product development team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of combining, customizing, and optimizing both channels into a smooth, white-labeled initiative for our customers. This position requires robust backend development competencies (PHP/MySQL), frontend theming (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), API consolidation proficiency, and expertise with white-label brand identity for SaaS dispatch.

API & Middleware Development:

Formulate middleware solutions (REST, webhooks, message queues) to manage data transformation and synchronization. Ensure API calls are secure, productive, and fault-tolerant.

Recordkeeping & Handover:

Preserve thorough system manuals for custom code, APIs, and settings. Offer expertise move and assist to internal teams.

Education & Profile

• Bsc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent expertise.
• 4+ years in CRM/promotion automatic control customization and consolidation.
• Proven project sample of similar CRM + MA consolidation projects.

Preferred Expertise:

• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Email deliverability optimization (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warming).
• SMS gateway consolidation (e.g., Twilio, Termii, Infobip).
• Understanding with CRM promotion processes, head scoring, and sales pipelines.
• Data confidentiality and adherence industry standards.
