Job Description

Track inventory role of Point of Sales materials usage and ensure re-order/supplies as at when due.
Build and sustain trusted partnerships with current and possibility foreign and local suppliers.
Recognize foreign material stocks requiring replenishment, and ensure re-order as at when due.
Track LC processing for orders up to verification stage by recipients.
Assess possibility suppliers’ proposals and endorse those with quality materials at attractive prices.
Preserve and evaluate records of buys, quotations, price options and associated data.
Acquire routine sales documentation from Business development team, record and evaluate the sales trend, and projection foreign materials that need to be offered.
Bargain the best prices for buy orders of foreign materials with the right quality, etc

First Academic qualification or its equivalent in Buying & Stock, Accounting, Statistics or associated disciplines.
Specialist qualifications in Stock Chain Management is a plus
At least 2 years’ expertise in procurement operation.
Robust Logical, and quantitative competencies with proven issue- recognition and initiative abilities.
Possess deep understanding of the Ms office tools with a concentration on Excel competencies
Expertise in FMCG industry is a plus.
