Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and meticulous Store Keeper / Store officer to oversee and preserve stock levels, ensure precise document-keeping, and supervise store processes. The preferred candidate will possess a deep knowledge of stock regulate operational structures, inventory settlement, and logistics methods.

Primary duties

• Accept, examine, and properly store goods and materials.
• Preserve precise stock records using documented guide or digital operational structures.
• Carry out consistent inventory taking and resolve discrepancies.
• Track inventory levels and warn management of shortages or excesses.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store.
• Problem materials based on requisitions and preserve issuance records.
• Organize with procurement, administrator, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Business Administrator, Stock Chain, or relevant field.
• 2 years demonstrated expertise as a store keeper or store officer in property or building sector.
• Expertise in stock software (e.g., Excel).
• Robust corporate and schedule control competencies.
• Meticulousness and high level of precision.
