Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and skilled Intercontinental Cook with robust culinary competence in both continental and Nigerian cuisine.
The preferred candidate will be innovative, meticulous, and capable to generate premium quality dishes with specialist visual communication guidelines.
You must be committed to food, in-depth knowledge about worldwide culinary practices, and competent of coordinating or operating within a dynamic kitchen environment.

Organize a broad selection of dishes from continental cuisines and Nigerian favorites.
Strategy and implement menus for consistent dining, special events, or VIP guests.
Ensure uniformity in taste, visual communication, and portion regulate.
Supervise food project setup, cooking, and plating for premium quality service.
Collaborate with kitchen employees to preserve hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines
Educate and oversee entry-level kitchen employees and assistants as needed.
Oversee stock, order inventory, and reduce food waste.
Stay informed with food practices and create new dishes or modern twists on classics.
Guarantee promptness project setup of meals during occupied service periods.

Applicants should have a SSCE / GCE / NECO , OND, Higher national diploma, Bsc.
At least 4 – 6 years’ expertise as a specialist cook, ideally in a hotel, fine-dining dining venue, or international culinary service organisation.
Skilled in getting ready both Nigerian and intercontinental dishes.
Culinary school accreditation or equivalent specialist development
Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen processes.
Outstanding schedule control and planning abilities.
Creativeness in menu design and plating.
Capability to head and work in a collaborative environment.
Understanding with dietary qualifications.
