Female Learning Assist Instructor at Talent Lab Limited in Gwarinpa, Abuja

Objective of the Position

We’re seeking someone to assist our two children after school, one in Primary 1 and the other in Nursery 3. The position includes assisting them with their schoolwork while also leading their conduct in a gentle, supporting way. You’ll be operating closely with us to reinforce what they’re learning in school, build good habits, and assist their emotional and community-related growth. Each child will possess one hour of devoted one-on-one time with you each day.

Behavioural Assist:

• Advance positive conduct through gentle correction, motivation, and positive reinforcement.
• Model and train suitable community-related competencies (e.g., information exchange, patience, respect).
• Assist the children in coordinating emotions, discipline, and following routines.
• Offer consistent response to parents on behavioural advancement and hurdles.

Credentials and Expertise

• At least an NCE or equivalent certification in early years education or child development.
• Expertise operating with young children in a training or tutoring capacity.
• Understanding with the primary school syllabus especially Mathematics.
• Patience, empathy, and clear expression competencies.
• Must be residing within Gwarinpa, Mabb Worldwide, Efab Metropolis axis, Abuja.

Duration & Evaluate:

This is a permanent role, initially for 3 months, with possibility for agreement extension based on effectiveness and needs. A official evaluate will take place at the end of the starting period.
