Position Overview

The Stock Expert would be in charge of carefully coordinating the stock of high-end fashion merchandise within a premium experience in-store store, making sure precise inventory levels, proper storage, and prompt status updates, while upholding the corporate identity's image by managing sensitive items with care and preserving a high level of company to enhance sales and customer experience.

Sales Floor Assist:

• Help sales colleagues with product questions, locating specific items on the sales floor, and offering thorough information about merchandise.
• Work alongside sales teams to recognize and handle possibility inventory concerns that could effect sales.
• Track and documentation on slow-closing sales items to assist stock management plans.

Adherence and Guard:

• Follow rigid guard procedures for managing precious premium experience merchandise, which includes proper tagging and supervising of stock.
• Preserve precise records of all stock movements and financial record.
• Adhere with organisation rules regarding stock management and status updates standardized processes.
